[Gooberstory]

The cycle of life

This story seems like it's about the beauty of circle of life. How life ends in death, but that where is death, comes more life. I like the little twist with the peanuts too. If you think about life and death in purely scientific terms, when one thing dies, it decomposes, and it nurishes the life of another, helping the other to continue to live. So, in a way, you could say that the body of the fishes nourishes the life of the peanut. You show it in a symbolic way. I like your artistic style too, how not all the animals have correct anatomy (would that be called stylized?), but that the plants are all very realistic. I loved how you had the butterfly that for a moment looked like it was the flower. That could almost be symbolic as well, for both the eventual fate of the butterfly (perhaps the body of the butterfly will come to nourish the flower), and for the similarities in life. Your animation is stunning, your music breathtaking, and the message absolutely beautiful.

[The Life of Something]

Hmmmmm....

I like the idea of "a day in the life of something" but I do not like a day in the life of that thing. The animation is all too simple and your going to give some poor guy a siezure (not sure if I spelled that right....) with al those flashing colors. Not to mention, you should choose different music.

I would suggest that if you don't like it why don't you make your own, but that would be stealing my ideas, and that's never good. You'd probably bugger it up, too.

Incidentally, it's spelled "seizure", and I'm afraid seizure Flashes have been on Newgrounds from day one. People should know about them already.

Finally, an animation with the style and humour of the good old days! You know, back when cartoons were funny because of their sadistic ironic humor! Please, make more!

Cool.

There was parts of better animation and parts of worse animation, but it was good overall. Like someone else said, I like how you combined two songs to make a whole new one. I really liked the animation that was chosen for the end of the song too. It was a very origonal style.

Gosh Dangit!

Please please please redo it with an epic fighting scene. Irony like that is funny for some styles of animation, but with your style and the music you used, it could and should have an epic fighting scene.

Except for the end...you actually succeded in getting even more distrbing than salad fingers. That really didn't need to be in the movie.

Hmmmm.....

With the entire series, you succede at making something so fucked up, that I don't know whether to give you a ten because you succeded or a zero because it's so fucked up. It's like looking into the world of insanity. You see how this character sees the world. Like this could be a real guy, but he's either on an acid trip or flat out insane. Everything looks different to him and there is no logic. Is there any symbolism in this series? How did you get the idea? How does it not make you insane?

[10 Days to Live]

Cool.

A lot of people are saying that this is making fun of people with brain cancer. If that were the case, I would give a low review. I, however, believe they are mistaken. It's not making fun of people with brain cancer, it's making fun of the concept of having a certain amount of days left to live. People like to think of what they would do if there time on Earth suddenly became a hell of a lot shorter, and I like the idea of somebody who's answer to that is crime (because there would be no consequences), only to discover that they will live much longer, and therefore do have to suffer the conseqeuences. Do I gree with the stuff he did? No, he did horrible things! But he still got the consequences, which is why I have no quelms with it. Not to mention, I've heard of people getting arrested for accidentally giving out info of their crimes on the internet, so I think it's funny that you included that. I like how the characters are lollipops too. It's just so random that it's funny.

[The Nut Job (part 2)]

HaHa! Brilliant!

A great concept well executed with well chosen music and excellant animation! I just have one question: who was dumb enough to experiment on squirels? I mean, they should have known a super squirel would just create a gigantic robot to "acquire" some nuts and destroy an entire building (s?) in the proccess!
